We are a very active, growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm that is seeking an experienced full-time paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience.
Candidate should be able to assist in all phases of pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities/
Qualifications:
Candidate will be expected to provide support to the staff and attorneys throughout all phases of discovery and trial.
Must be able to work independently.
Candidate must be proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, assist in trial prep, draft documents and e-filing.
Professionalism and detail oriented.
Meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage a heavy workload.
Knowledge of Trialworks a plus.
Experience as a paralegal is a requirement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
