44 an hour 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago Position Summary This position will coordinate warehouse processes with other internal departments and functions to optimize materials, efficiency, and customer service.
This position will have responsibility for inventory maintenance, shipping and receiving, delivery and receipt of parts to/from technicians and job sites, and purchase order management.
Essential Functions Create plans to improve and increase efficiencies of daily operations Handle returns and deliveries of parts to technicians Track and coordinate core materials and returns Count Inventory Lead process improvements to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and eliminate delays/handoffs/duplications/gaps; especially related to service and installation Load and unload freight Manage and maintain inventory systems and purchase orders Operate pallet jacks, forklift equipment, and inventory scanner Rotate inventory, maintain stocking levels, cycle count inventory at regular intervals Ship and receive products and parts Verify deliveries by matching documents, reconciling quantities, noting discrepancies Stock inventory utilizing automated system; pick and pull inventory for customer orders This person will be responsible for taking control of the NABCO core and RMA program working in conjunction with customer service.
Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to facilitate job setups and retrieve necessary parts for installation projects.
This person will be required to assist technicians with installations as needed.
Collaborate with the Service Dispatcher to efficiently retrieve parts for service returns.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to learn parts, processes, and related technology quickly Must be organized Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions Ability to read, analyze, and write reports, instructions, and forms; and to read, write and speak English Ability to research, troubleshoot, plan, and organize Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Solid computer skills A clean driving record Forklift operation experience and certification required Ability to safely use power tools such a miter saw, table saw, reciprocating saw, circular saw, drill, impact driver, and other job specific tools Good communication skills High energy and initiative along with the ability to work with little supervision Sense of urgency with skills toward spontaneous and quick problem resolution Strong mathematical skills are helpful Education, Training, Experience 2 or more years of warehouse/inventory control experience required Direct customer service experience is required Strong computer skills and ability to learn/implement new systems (Excel, SAP, Outlook, etc.
) required Inventory management experience is desired Working Conditions and Physical Demands Work is performed in a warehouse with exposure to extreme weather conditions; noisy, dusty, and dirty environments; and motorized equipment that pose potential safety hazards.
Long periods of standing, as well as regularly walking, sitting, lifting, reaching, and bending, are required.
Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
Proper safety procedures, lifting techniques, and personal protective equipment are always required.
This position may require extended hours and overtime depending on business needs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
