Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Residential and Commercial customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM program.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Strong data entry and computer skills - Knowledge and experience (1-3 Years) in the_ Trades_ (Plumbing, Cesspool, HVAC and Electric) - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus - Knowledge and Experience using CRM program_ SERVICE TITAN_ (1-3 yrs) We offer competitive pay rates and benefits.
