This position is also responsible for segmenting and imaging correspondence and other documentation through business processes.
Responsibilities also include making deliveries within the assigned building; communicating openly with management on pertinent issues.
Responsibilities:
- Receives incoming US mail, overnight packages, deliveries, and supplies.
- Pick up mail from USPO.
- Sorts correspondence to appropriate office/department/document type.
- Image document through firm processes - Makes deliveries within assigned building(s) per established schedules.
- Participates in cross training of all duties within the Mail/Imaging Center.
- Advises management of department needs or areas for improvement.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Basic
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent in work experience - Prior mail or imaging experience a benefit - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to navigate and operate computer system - Strict attention to detail - Must have valid driver license Ideal
