Job Overview:
Islandia CPA firm is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have have excel abilities, Teams experience, excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proven track record of providing administrative support.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Copying and scanning documents - Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus but not required - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Job Type:
